Positioning Statement
Auraison is the orchestration control plane for physical AI: describe the task in text, images, or video, and the platform composes, deploys, and supervises the edge and cloud agents needed to execute it in the real world.
This is not "another robotics platform." Auraison is an intent-to-deployment control plane for physical AI — a system that takes natural-language or multimodal intent, decomposes it into capabilities, places the right agents on edge or cloud resources, and supervises those agents over time.

Describe the outcome, and the platform will assemble, deploy, and operate the distributed AI system required to achieve it.

What makes this defensible
Moat 1 — System knowledge and placement intelligence. Proprietary representation of device capabilities, latency envelopes, safety constraints, connectivity conditions, model performance, and cost trade-offs. Moat 2 — Enterprise integration depth. The orchestration plane becomes where robot fleets, sensor streams, task policies, incident workflows, and cloud reasoning services meet. Switching costs rise rapidly once operational workflows depend on the platform.

1. Intent-Driven System Deployment
Users specify intent, not pipelines. Example: "Monitor warehouse floor for forklift safety violations" → orchestrator determines sensors, models, compute placement, deploys edge perception + cloud alerting agents automatically.
2. Dynamic Agent Composition
Task-specific agents assembled on demand: edge agents (object detection, sensor fusion, SLAM, anomaly detection) + cloud agents (reasoning, planning, dataset curation, retraining). Temporary computational graphs — microservices for AI capabilities.
3. Edge-Cloud Co-Execution
Latency-aware placement: collision avoidance and local CV on edge; long-horizon planning, training, fleet analytics on cloud. Hardware-aware scheduling reasoning about GPU availability, memory, bandwidth, real-time deadlines.

Tier 1 — Community and Developer Adoption (Months 0–6)
Open-source core → enterprise conversion (the Databricks/Hugging Face model).
