Positioning Statement

Auraison is the orchestration control plane for physical AI: describe the task in text, images, or video, and the platform composes, deploys, and supervises the edge and cloud agents needed to execute it in the real world.

This is not "another robotics platform." Auraison is an intent-to-deployment control plane for physical AI — a system that takes natural-language or multimodal intent, decomposes it into capabilities, places the right agents on edge or cloud resources, and supervises those agents over time.


Core Value Proposition

Describe the outcome, and the platform will assemble, deploy, and operate the distributed AI system required to achieve it.

Three things being sold simultaneously:

Key Differentiators

The differentiated claim is NOT "we run agents." The differentiated claim is: the platform acts as a compiler from human intent to distributed physical execution. That compiler decides:

  1. Which skills/capabilities are needed
  2. Where they should run (edge vs cloud)
  3. How they should communicate
  4. How performance should be monitored and improved over time

What makes this defensible

Moat 1 — System knowledge and placement intelligence. Proprietary representation of device capabilities, latency envelopes, safety constraints, connectivity conditions, model performance, and cost trade-offs. Growing library of reusable agent templates and deployment policies. Improves as more tasks, devices, and runtime incidents are observed.

Moat 2 — Enterprise integration depth. The orchestration plane becomes where robot fleets, sensor streams, task policies, incident workflows, and cloud reasoning services meet. Switching costs rise rapidly once operational workflows depend on the platform.


Five Key Capabilities

1. Intent-Driven System Deployment

Users specify intent, not pipelines. Example: "Monitor warehouse floor for forklift safety violations" → orchestrator determines sensors, models, compute placement, deploys edge perception + cloud alerting agents automatically.

2. Dynamic Agent Composition

Task-specific agents assembled on demand: edge agents (object detection, sensor fusion, SLAM, anomaly detection) + cloud agents (reasoning, planning, dataset curation, retraining). Temporary computational graphs — microservices for AI capabilities.

3. Edge-Cloud Co-Execution

Latency-aware placement: collision avoidance and local CV on edge; long-horizon planning, training, fleet analytics on cloud. Hardware-aware scheduling reasoning about GPU availability, memory, bandwidth, real-time deadlines.

4. Autonomous Pipeline Construction

Pipeline synthesis engine: user request → generated distributed pipeline. Example: "Detect unauthorized drones" → camera feed → drone detector → tracker → trajectory prediction → alert agent → event logging.

5. Continuous Learning Loop

Agents collect edge data → send samples to cloud → retrain models → redeploy improved agents. Deployed infrastructure becomes a self-improving sensing system.

OSMO is an open-source, Kubernetes-native workflow orchestrator for Physical AI pipelines (Apache 2.0, 111 GitHub stars). It defines multi-stage pipelines in declarative YAML across heterogeneous compute (training GPUs, simulation GPUs, edge devices).

Accenture's offering is a consulting engagement ($1M+) combining NVIDIA Omniverse, Metropolis, and Accenture AI Refinery agents for manufacturing digital twins. It is not a self-service platform. Claims 20% throughput improvement and 15% CapEx savings for manufacturing clients.

Differentiation: Auraison is a platform, not a consulting service. Self-hosted, no Accenture dependency, applicable beyond manufacturing.

vs Skild AI

Skild AI (14Bvaluation,14B valuation, 1.4B Series C, Jan 2026) is building a universal robotics foundation model ("Skild Brain") — a single model controlling any robot form factor. This is a fundamentally different bet: one model to rule all robots vs intelligent orchestration of specialized agents.

Complementary, not competitive: Skild Brain could be one of many models orchestrated by Auraison's control plane, alongside specialized perception, navigation, and manipulation models.


Go-to-Market: Distribution Channels

For a small, capital-efficient company, distribution strategy is as important as product differentiation. Auraison's GTM should layer multiple channels, starting with the lowest-cost, highest-leverage options.

Tier 1 — Community and Developer Adoption (Months 0–6)

Open-source core → enterprise conversion (the Databricks/Hugging Face model).

Release agent templates, the Zenoh-MCP bridge, and digital twin schemas as open-source. Build developer adoption before monetizing. This is how Databricks went from Apache Spark to $62B valuation, and how Hugging Face converted 2M+ open models into 2K+ paying enterprise customers.

  • Publish pre-trained models and demo Spaces on Hugging Face Hub — the default discovery platform for ML practitioners (2M+ models). Interactive Spaces demos require zero infrastructure from prospective users.
  • Maintain active presence in ROS 2, KubeRay, and Zenoh communities — contribute upstream, present at ROSCon.
  • Release reference architectures on GitHub with permissive licensing for the orchestration primitives.

Tier 2 — Ecosystem Partnerships (Months 3–12)
